This makes the camera unresponsive and requires a forced reset by removing the battery whenever it happens. It is also prone to incorrect exposures on higher shutter speeds. This not only renders the item very difficult to use normally, but also given the nature of the fault, the issue might get worse unless the entire shutter assembly is replaced. For this reason the item is being sold as spares and repairs.
